I'll be posting Zemi schedule later tonight or tomorrow morning.
If you're not interested in the parttime Python programming jobs, you
can ignore this email.

I have not yet heard back from the office about whether it is still
possible to submit a request for parttime work for August (the
official deadline was last Thursday). However, most of the forms
except for the work schedule are generic and probably can be used in
the future, so filling them out today or tomorrow morning isn't wasted
effort, they can be used / copied for September.

For M2 students, I will limit your *total* work time to 10 hours per
week for August, including both university and off-campus paid work.
I do not want you hurting your progress on your thesis. If you make
substantial progress on the thesis in August we can increase the work
time in September.

When applying, please let me know which project(s) you would like to
work on by 11am tomorrow.

In the same message, fill out the schedule form "★任用依頼書(様式)R4.8〜.xlsm"
and *send it to me*. This is to let me know what your best hours are.
You can (should) go over 10 hours per week but I will cut it back to
10 hours. I will try to arrange overlap of work hours for different
students so that students can help each other. If something comes up
and you need to work at different times from those you submit here.

Please fill out and print the following forms and bring them to the
lab tomorrow (Monday) by 1pm. (Note: I have ordered paper for the lab
printer which should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday but I think A4 is
not available right now.) If you can't be personally present when I
get there between 1 and 1:30 pm, stamp or sign them as appropriate and
leave them where I will find them. Be very careful to get all the
stamps / signatures in the right places!

★略歴書R4.8〜.xlsx
Don't forget to include the copy of front and back of your
student ID. You can print it out on paper and paste it or paste
the images directly into Excel (as long as they fit) and
振込先等登録依頼書202106〜.xls
Foreign students need to also provide
    1. A copy of your residence card (front and back if there is any
information there such as change of address).
    2. A copy of the name page of your bank book (the inside page,
not the cover) for the account of the direct deposit.
Copy of My-Number card or notification postcard.
DO NOT SHOW THIS TO ANYONE. It can be used for identity theft or
fraud. There is a special envelope for holding your My-Number
information you can get from the third floor office (3C310). If
you have already submitted your My-Number information I don't
think you have to do it again (but it won't hurt, I suppose).
IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MY-NUMBER CARD, you should have gotten a
notification that the number has been issued, and you can use a
    copy of that postcard instead.
THIS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE YOU CAN BE PAID, but can be done
after submitting the forms for the work.
