I expect to be in the lab (3E401) tomorrow from about 10am, because I
need to submit some accounting documents.  If you wish to meet with me
for some reason, please let me know what time.  In general, since
Tsukuba is currently in "self-quarantine" mode, I plan to work at home
unless I have a specific reason to go to campus.

Welcome to the Zemi mailing list.  (In fact, it's several lists broken
up by status (undergraduate vs. graduate) and expected graduation
date.)  I have subscribed everyone to all the addresses I know.  This
means that *new* students may receive this message up to three times
(I think).  This is so I can confirm that you actually receive mail.
For most of you I have two university addresses (@u and @s) and a
personal address.

PLEASE REPLY (to me only) to let me know
- which addresses you received mail at,
- which address(es) you wish to use, and
- which to suppress delivery for so I can set the subscrptions so that
  in the future you only get one mail.
You can also visit the list's home page (URL in footer) to log in to
your account on the server and check the "nomail" box.

First you need to request your original password from that page.  It
will automatically send it to you as a mail message.  This password is
random, so you can safely save it in your browser without worrying
much about the security of my server.  If you do not save passwords to
your browser, you may wish to change your other addresses to the same
one for ease of management.  DO NOT USE PASSWORDS FROM OTHER ACCOUNTS.
The software I use does not save passwords very securely.  I do the
best I can to protect it, but I cannot guarantee safety against
persistent attackers.

明日は１０時ごろからラボ（3E401）にいる予定です。書類を提出するためで
す。会いたかったら時間を教えてください。普段、つくば市が「外出自粛」モー
ドにあるため、授業などがない場合に家で働くつもりです。

ゼミMLへようこそ。（実際、複数のリストが大学／大学院と終了期待年に分か
れている。）知っている各自の各アドレスを入れています。つまり、＊新入生
＊だけには３回ぐらい届くでしょう。アドレスに届くことを確認するためなの
です。ほとんどは大学のアドレス２つ（@uと@s）と個人的アドレスがあります。

＊依頼＊　私（だけ）に返事で
- どちらのアドで届いたか、
- どちらのアドでこれからメールを受けたいか、そして
- どちらのアドでメールをうけたくないか
を教えてください。私は必要ないアドを送信しないモードに設定します。また、
自分でリストのホームページ（メールの下にURLがある）にロギンして「nomail」
ボックスをチェックできます。

まず、同じページから自分の初期パスワードを依頼する。自動的にメールで届
きます。そのパスワードはランドムなのでブラウザーで保存してサーバーのセ
キュリティに心配は不要。ブラウザーにパスワードを保存しない場合には全て
のアドのパスワードを同じパスワードに設定すれば便利と思います。　＊他の
ユーザのパスワードを絶対に再利用しないで！＊　私のMLソフトウエアは暗号
化しないのでしつこい攻撃からの保証があるまい！がんばってますが…
