[Grad2021] 研究生期間の終了／延長 / Termination/extension of kenkyuusei status

皆さん

夏に合格した人は１８日まで、先日受験した人は来週の内に（後で正確に確認
します）が大学にその予定を知らせなければなりません。

書類は用意していますが、すでに合格した者に渡す時間は明日１０：００〜　
１２：００、１４：１５〜１５：３０（ただし、１４：１５〜１４：４５の間
なら事前の予約が必要です、または３Ｃ２０１の外で１３：３０〜１３：４５
でもＯＫ）。月曜日は１０：００時だけが可能（サービス工学プログラムの計
画発表会が東京で１３時から行われるため）。

この間の受検者なら火曜日以降は普通に大学にくる予定です。

Hi, all

You need to inform the university about your plans for the next year
by the 18th (students who passed the entrance exam in the summer) or
sometime next week (students who took the exam earlier this month).

I have the necessary forms, but the times I can meet are somewhat
limited.  For the already admitted students, I can meet tomorrow
10:00--12:00 and 14:15--15:30 (but 14:15--14:45 I would like to attend
the proposal workshop, so please make an appointment if that's the
only time you can come, or you can meet me outside 3C201 13:30--
13:45).  On Monday, 10:00 is the only time available (the MSE proposal
workshop is in Tokyo, starting at 13:00).

For the students who just took the exam, I'll be at the university as
usual from Tuesday on.
