Hi everybody,

I'm sorry about the mailing list.  I've been tired lately and not
keeping track of what I get from the mailing list -- it appears that
around Dec 20 I ran out of disk space for temporary files and that
stopped the list.  Then for some reason the list software didn't
start.  So we missed two mailings I think, which you probably finally
received about 1-1/2 hours ago after I restarted the list manager
software.
