Final Report: Add to Wikipedia

Complete the following assignments. There is a brief introduction to using Mediawiki you can read.

Find the Wikipedia, both the English and Japanese versions.
Find an incomplete Japanese article (including non-existent) which has a "good" English equivalent. Propose a plan to improve the Japanese version.
Post your version to the class website (details to be announced).
Review at least two other students' articles.
Submit final version.

Extra credit

Get an account on the Wikipedia. Add your article or updates to the Wikipedia, following all requirements of the Wikipedia. Send me the URL of your Wikipedia submission.

Non-Japanese students

you speak a language other than English reasonably well, and better than Japanese, and
there is a Wikipedia in your language,

you may substitute the Wikipedia for your language, instead of Japanese, in all assignments. In this case, all homework submissions other than the actual translation must be in English. Otherwise, please contact the instructor.
